BACS to Host Free Health Screening on March 28, 2009!
In conjunction with the NYC Free Clinic of the NYU School of Medicine, BACS is excited to announce a free health screening open to the community.
DATE: March 28, 2009
TIME: 1:00pm to 4:00pm
LOCATION:
Child Development Support Corporation (CDSC)
352 Classon Avenue (between Lafayette Avenue and Clifton Place)
Brooklyn, NY
DIRECTIONS:
By bus--take B38 or B48 to Classon and Lafayette; B52 to Gates and Classon
By subway--take G train to the Classon Avenue stop
The NYC Free Clinic will be sending a team of medical professionals to a location in Central Brooklyn to conduct free blood pressure, triglyceride, cholesterol, HDL/LDL, and glucose testing. Free follow-up care (for those who need it) with the NYC Free Clinic will be provided.
